User-Centered Design: Lead the creation of user-centered designs that prioritize user needs, business goals, and the overall user experience.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback (B2B clients and our end customers/travellers).
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts to different stakeholders.
Visual Design: Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for the TripAdd B2B dashboard and B2C-facing elements (UI components, emails, etc).
Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to promote consistency across the platform.
2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer or a related role.
Proficiency in design tools, primarily Figma.
Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA and Slack.
Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
Effective English communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail.
Prior experience in designing SaaS platforms.
Prior experience in the travel industry.
€2500–4500 gross salary depending on the experience (€1,800-3,500 NET).
