Launched in 2012, BRB covers every flight, on every airline and is currently selling its services to over 200 airlines and agencies in more than 90 countries on some of the largest travel providers globally, in local currencies.

It’s a great opportunity to join our growing company as a Product Owner, shaping innovative software solutions to enhance the global travel experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by taking into account market trends, customer feedback, and business goals;

  • Overseeing the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients’ needs and preferences;

  • Effectively oversee the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the prompt delivery of product increments;

  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our product;

  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements;

  • Defining the vision for the team’s product;

  • Creating a product road map based on this vision;

  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements;

  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development;

  • Developing user stories;

  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;

  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates;

  • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Here's What We Need:

  • Have a track record of successfully managing complex technology projects as a Product Owner; 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Technical background (be able to recognize and articulate differences between diverse technical concepts);

  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology;

  • Working knowledge of product development architecture;

  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools;

  • Ability to prioritize effectively;

  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles;

  • Excellent oral and written communication;

  • Understanding of design quality standards;

  • Strong understanding of Technical Task systems such as JIRA, Git, Issues, etc.;

  • Strong understanding of Project Management integrations such as Bitbucket, Github, and Chat systems such as Slack/Mattermost/Rocket.chat/MS Teams;

  • Great English skills.
