We hope you are having a wonderful week! There are so many exciting TripAdd updates we now need a newsletter to cover them all. Here is the first one; we will send them regularly from now on. Please let us know if you have any questions about these updates. We are here to help!
All Products in One Place
You can now see all the available products globally on the updated “Products” page. Use filtering by destination, category, or price range to find exactly what you are looking for.
New Categories and Products
We have launched three new product categories: fast track, meet and greet, and VIP services. Combined, they include almost 400 new services you can now offer to your customers in 35 different countries.
We have also significantly expanded the eSIM category with 800 new products in 160 countries. As well as added 50 new airport lounges in 22 countries.
Assign User Roles
There are new user roles available in the dashboard. Invite your colleagues and assign them different permission levels on the "Team" page.
Viewer: can see the orders and available products.
Editor can see the orders and available products, create and edit the bundle templates.
Admin or Owner: can see the orders and available products, create and edit the bundle templates, manage the API tokens, users, and company details.
Product Info in Many Languages
We have launched multi-language support. Now you can send the language parameter via API and get the product information in 120 languages.
Send Your Order Confirmation Emails
You can now send your own order confirmation emails. All the product delivery information will be provided in the “Create Order” response under “instructions.” When applicable, you will see coupon codes, voucher links, or any other instructions about how to claim the products.
When you are ready to send the emails, please let us know, and we will disable the default TripAdd order confirmation emails for your organization.
Up to 25 Hours to Create Orders
Depending on the products selected, some bundle offers will now be available for up to 25 hours for purchase. You will see the exact expiration time in the “Create Bundle Offer” response under the “expires_at” field.
To ensure up-to-date pricing and availability, products in the categories below will have a shorter expiration time:
Tours: 15 minutes
Meet and greet, fast track,
VIP services: 30 minutes
Airport lounges: 30 minutes (or 25 hours for some)
Airport transfers: 1 hour
Customer’s Phone Number is Optional
The customer’s phone number is now optional for creating orders. However, fewer products will be returned if the customer’s phone number is unavailable for the booking.
❗️ Important note: to receive the maximum number of products, you will have to set “customer_phone” as “true” under “available_data” in the “Create Bundle Offer” request.
Flight Information is Optional
Flight information is now also optional for a number of products. You can create bundle offers and make orders with just a destination and a date.
Passenger Details are Optional
Passenger’s gender, date of birth, and cabin_class are now optional fields, giving you more flexibility to create orders.
Bundle Offer Expiration Time
The “Create Bundle Offer” response now includes the “expires_at” information. Depending on the products in the bundle, the offers will expire between 15 minutes to 25 hours to ensure up-to-date pricing and product availability.
Cancel Order API
The "Cancel Order" API is now available, making it super straightforward to cancel orders.
We added the bundled_price data on bundle products, so you can now display how much the individual products cost when purchased in a full bundle.
